Confused
I ordered cassia bark, and received a product labelled cinnamon sticks. I’m aware cassia can be known as cinnamon bark, but cinnamon sticks are a different product to cassia bark. Saying that it is not the tight quills you associate with cinnamon sticks, so goodness knows what I have. Also cinnamon has a lovely aroma, this smells of nothing, which suggests it will taste of nothing
