Talking watch
This is a Christmas present for a blind gentlemen who lives in a local care home and who has no family to visit him. He asks for the time quite frequently, now he will be able to find it out for himself.

Good watch, but could be better.
I bought this as gift for a non-sighted friend and he really likes it. The only problem with it is that the voice is very "metallicy" and not very easy to hear outdoors.

Useful, affordable talking watch
A well-made talking watch with analogue dial at an affordable price.Nicely presented in the de-rigure sliding cardboard box, this is a neat item, ideal for the visually impared or just general use if you happen to want an audible statement of the time. The slim-effect case is a conventional, neatly made circular style in polished steel, with a clear face, the black numbering and hands being clearly shown against the dial; the green dots beside each along with coarse graduation are nice touches. Even off-axis, there seems little problem with glare, which can often occur in high light-levels with the watch at an angle. For the money, the strap is a quality item -genuine cushioned leather, neatly stitched, with decent clasp. Adjustabilty of time is straightforward via the conventional knurled knob to the right of the dial, the voice feature being activated via the partnering button. The voice itself is the conventional electronic type familiar in many different affordable items -as a voice itself it's slightly irritating, but you don't listen to it constantly, and volume etc. is certainly more than acceptable. A good product overall.

Very Practical for Those with Poor Eyesight
I thought this clever talking watch would be ideal for an elderly parent who is almost blind, and is often frustrated they’re now unable to tell the time for themselves. To a reasonable extent this watch has helped. Its voice is quite clear, and loud enough to hear without too much difficulty. Pressing once gives the time; pressing a second time gives the day and date. The leather strap is good because it can be adjusted easily to fit around a narrow wrist. It’s a little bigger, bulkier and heavier than this particular elderly lady is used to wearing, but it’s still been a success. An older person with eyesight issues would, however, need help setting up the talking time function, as it’s a bit fiddly.

Love it! Love it!
Great product- 3rd time trying to order a talking watch. First watch was far too large for lady’s wrist, second one received but did not work. Finally ordered this watch - perfect. Easy to set works like a dream. everything going as my scheduled list.I've never understood why some people spend thousands of pounds on a watch. This little gismo does everything I would expect from a watch. 100% accuratcy with both time and date. No need to to set manually, it all happens overnight, without thinking about it. If you waken up during the night, no need to open your eyes to see the time, just simply press a button and then go back to sleep again. The watch is very useful, if you do want to look at the watch. Numbers are also big and very easy to read. It also talks in a clear voice. The last but not the least.Save your money, don't buy an expensive watch, get this for around thirty pounds. It does all you need a watch to do.
