The lid wasn't on properly and had leaked inside the packaging. Looks like 25% has leaked out.

Terrible packaging!
I love this product but the state of the bottle when I received my order is terrible. The kid had not been secured so the shampoo had leaked into the bag and all over the bottle! It will be fine once I’ve washed it but I shouldn’t have to given the price if the product!!!
