Fantastic!
Having been away from any kind of exercise for some years, I thought I'd give this a go. I'm so glad I did. 12 3 minute instense all over body workout, plus extra abdominals at the end and I really felt the muscles I'd forgotten about! Plus the instructors are brilliant. Charlotte and Richard did the harder moves and David did the lower intense moves and I found I could mix the two. Richard presented it really well, plus there was Charlotte's healthy eating plan at the end. Whatever your age or ability you can't fail to enjoy this workout. I look forward to doing this on a regular basis.

"Let's Do This!"
I suspect there are many people who have a library of exercise DVD's cluttering up their lounge or bedroom. Am I right? Have you always been disappointed in them ie they don't make you sweat that much - in other words, you need MORE?Well, take them to the charity shop and just concentrate on this one because it's truly one of the best exercise DVD's I've ever found. The good bits:- it's divided into twelve, 3-minute HIGH IMPACT workouts flowing simultaneously (no lengthy gaps or talking in-between) - and I mean HIGH IMPACT (you'll be puffing like a steam train when you've done)- love the Warm Up exercise routine at the beginning (I could do that for the entire hour, to be honest) which gets the heart pounding- very clear instructions and easy to follow- you really feel as if you've (a) worked hard and (b) burned calories when you've done the full hour (you can add other exercises on later)The 'slightly irritating' bits:- During the exercises, no-one mentions drinking water - this should be mentioned from time to time, I think- I wish they would tell you how many calories you've burned when you've done the full hourSorry, but the REALLY irritating bit:What will drive you potty after a while is the way that trainer David keeps finishing his sentences with the phrase "Let's do this!" Richard and Charlotte say this too a few times, but you'll notice David saying it constantly and it's irritating me so much now that I play the DVD on mute! I counted 16 of them but I'm sure my brain had tuned out by then - there may be more. Had Charlotte realised this, the finished DVD would have been titled it "Let's Do This!" I'm sure. However, the good far outweighs the bad and as I said at the start, it's the best exercise DVD I've ever come across. Hope Charlotte does another in the same vein (ie high impact, twelve sections and not much chatting in-between like some of them do) as I'd definitely buy again.

WOW, BUY THIS DVD! Great all over workout, not just for tummy fat. FIVE STARS.
WOW, BUY THIS DVD! I'd started to become lazy towards exercise, making excuses and only doing half hearted toning exercises and the occasional walk (I find it's especially easy at this time of year to make excuses - it's cold, it's raining, I'm too tired blah, blah, blah!). Unsurprisingly as a result my body now has an unwanted layer of fat and lacks tone. I decided that NOW was the time to start tackling the problem and buy a workout DVD. I dislike the gym (and the cost) and prefer to workout from home at a time I choose. I looked on Amazon and the reviews for this DVD made me buy it immediately. This morning I went through from start to finish and have to say it really gets you working out. It's great to hear words of encouragement just as you're ready to give up and have a sit down. You don't feel as though you are working out alone. I found round 10 particularly difficult, but am determined to keep up with it in the hope it will become easier. Charlotte suggests doing the exercises about 4 times a week, so I'm going to try and do at least some before work in the mornings (I think the whole thing takes about an hour and 15 minutes). It means getting up earlier, but the results will make it all worthwhile, and I think I'll make excuses not to exercise if I leave it until after work. They use weighted gloves, but I'm not going to attempt this until I'm more familiar with the routines. I also just use a towel when they use a gym mat. The short routines stop you from getting bored and just as you get tired and unsure that you can carry on, you're moving onto the next round. I'm going to try my bikini on each week as an incentive to carry on! Finally, you aren't just tackling tummy fat, but all over. Great exercises for toning your bottom, legs and arms etc as well. I really cannot recommend this DVD enough, well done Charlotte :-)
