It will fit, but probably won't stay on due to the mesh head. It didn't stay on for me. Hope this helps.

They wouldn’t re stick so well. If you wanted to do that get some some double sided carpet tape to put on before you reattach that’s what I do

Probably not, it would more likely deaden the percussion and the trigger will have trouble picking up your kicks. I'd recommend first trying some padding over your pedal beater (eg. dish sponge or a thick sock) to see if getting a softer beater would help absorb that rebound without affecting the functionality of the mesh head and trigger.

Q: will this fit on an 8inch electric kick pad?

It should do, they are only about 3 or 4 inches wide, allthough this product is intended for making your bass drum head more durable so arent really meant to be used with electric drums as they dont use drum heads suerly?
