Wonderful
Bought these because I was fed up of using a desk phone and no one being able to hear me when using my phone headphones due to background noise at work. These are super comfortable, the noice cancelling for background noise incredible and sound quality for listening to music top notch. These are the best multifunctional headphones I’ve ever tried. The Jabra are ok as well, but these were better. I love that there is a button I can press that allows me to hear ambient noice while wearing so if anyone talks to me I press a button and it reduces music and lets me hear what’s happening around me. They attach to two phones at the same time. Maybe more because I think it connected to my ipad as well.Only downside is that there is music sound leakage and I noticed my neighbours head bobbing when I was listening to Foo Fighters because he could hear the guitar solo 😂 but i just turned them down a bit and it was ok

Best headset I've ever used
Make no mistake this is a top quality headset, superb build quality, great sound quality whether for streaming music or conference calls. Connects to two Bluetooth devices, so I have it connected to my mobile and laptop and use for mobile calls and for Skype for Business. Used one for two years in my previous job and was so impressed I've bought this one out of my own pocket to use at my new job.I've only given the noise cancelling 4 stars because I have heard better but only from much larger (and therefore heavier and for work, ridiculous looking) over-the-ear headsets. With these being 'on-the-ear' some sound does naturally leak in but you'll be surprised how much sound they do still cancel out.Automatic muting facility is great, just take them off and the mute comes on, put them back on and off it comes.I've got the one without the stand but my old one had it - very convenient if you're lucky enough to have a fixed desk at work, but if you travel a waste of money, nice to look at but it just charges, otherwise it's a shiny black ornament :-).Regular firmware updates keep everything up to date and best of all? You can choose firmware with a British accent instead of American for all the voice prompts (of which there are many - but they aren't intrusive). All in all a really top notch headset that will impress you in every way and after two years of use never let me down.

Worth the money: they just work
I tried two different budget wireless headsets (£25 then £70) and returned them both for different reasons. I was hoping that paying the extra cash would make it third time lucky with the Voyagers. I am not disappointed.I am using this headset for work, on a Windows 10 laptop. Primary use is for Teams calls, but I also record occasional software demos, watch webinars and other video content, and very occasionally listen to music. I don't need to go far from the laptop, I am just trying to get rid of cables on my desk.I initially paired the Voyager directly to the laptop as a Bluetooth device (ie not using the supplied USB dongle). Playback of the Teams test call was horrible, very loud, hollow and robotic/digitized. Mic capture in Windows Voice Recorder and my video software wasn't much better. Fearing yet another wireless headset with mic problems, I connected via the USB dongle. The difference was incredible. Teams still boosts and processes the mic a little too much, but my video recording software and the Windows Voice Recorder sound pretty natural. I've made a few Teams calls now and nobody has made any comment about how I sound so I'll assume it sounds decent enough. The noise cancellation seems to boost the bass more than anything else. It doesn't seem to affect clarity of the mid or high ranges so I leave it on. It does seem to help, although my environment is not noisy anyway except for occasional cars passing. I haven't tried any other noise cancelling headphones so I can't compare performance. Audio playback in general is fine for casual listening. ANC on has a little too much bass (warm rather than thumpy) and ANC off doesn't have quite enough, so take your pick. I go for ANC on.What is a bonus with the dongle is that the headset is immediately recognized as a certified Teams device. When somebody calls me, Teams automatically answers the call as soon as I put the Voyagers on my head, no need for me to click the pick up button. I think it auto mutes the mic when you take them off. Outside of Teams, taking the headset off will automatically pause any video or music you're playing, and resume when you put it back on. These aren't essential things but they are nice conveniences. It's annoying that the charging stand requires an additional USB port. I would have hoped that it would act as the connection dongle as well, but it does not. However, I have it plugged into an otherwise useless port on my external monitor so it's not a bother. Because I can put the headset on the stand when I'm not using it, I haven't run the charge down at all yet so I can't comment on battery life.Wireless range seems okay, I was able to walk from my office in the back bedroom to the window in the front bedroom (maybe 30 feet through 3 walls) and maintain a connection, although audio was getting a bit broken up at the extreme of that distance.I do find that when I'm talking on calls, it can sometimes feel like my ears need to pop. I don't know if this is the noise cancellation, or just the size of the ear pads, or something else. However, it doesn't bother me greatly and I think I can live with it.Overall, this headset feels relatively well built (the mic boom is especially solid), it sounds good, the mic works well, and the conveniences of auto answering and auto pause/resume are really nice to have. If you make sure you use the USB dongle to connect this headset just works and on first apperances is well worth the money.

Really good!
Only had these for 48 hours, but already my life on Skype is more relaxed (anything from 4-8 hours a day). No more cables, no cutting out, clear audio (and apparently I sound clearer as well). Simple connectivity that actually works to both laptop and iPhone - hallelujah. The headset has light indicators for battery lift, but I really like the app showing me the talk time left etc. I've been on calls so far for 2 hours today and apparently I have 13 hours talk time left - which is phenomenal! And they're very, very comfortable, they kind of sit like puffs of air on my ears - no gripping pressure that eventually leads to my ear crinkles (whatever they're called) actually aching. I am aware of the warnings of the red bit splitting the black plastic arms so am being careful when adjusting on my head, but overall I'm very, very impressed. Yes they're pricey, but I have spent as much on multiple cheaper headsets over the last few years, so hopefully in the long run they will represent a saving - "buy well, buy once" as my Grandad used to say!

Non stop crackling
It started developing a crackling sound while I was speaking. Now it delivers audio intermittently.I am literally speaking right next to my phone and my laptop. Updated to the latest firmware. Not a good buy. Going back to wired products. This is not worth the money. Great battery life though - I guess it would be if it works half of the time.
