Came in a bag but fast. Though it bought it for my girlfriend and it broke after 4 months with rare use from the inside. Got about 9-10 uses before hearing a whistle noise which means it bursted somewhere. Dissaponted to be honest.

Seems like a good item for traveling on a plane or coach. But for home use if recommend the neck stretchers that hang and pull your neck up.This one is good to make sure you don't twist your next sleeping funny. But it didn't do as well to stretch out my neck.

This worked well while it lasted. Unfortunately it leaked after third use. The company promptly sent refund. Not sure if mine was just a one off. Pity, because I was feeling benefit already.

Amazing. But best if sitting upright or walking. Gives instant relief. Comfortable and amazing quality for the price.

To be fair I looked online and saw all of the adverts on Facebook and I was expecting amazing things. Part of me knew it was going to be a gimmick and it is. I am guessing you would get that nice sensation of neck traction but you do not. If anything you pump it up enough the item restricts your breathing and the Velcro straps dig in. This thing will spend the rest of its life in a cupboard. Save your money.

Start slowly with this. A few mins and not too pumped up. Can really feel head supported+gentle stretching.
