No more wrapping your garlic in aluminum foil
This is a heavy duty little cast iron Dutch oven. The handle is not cast in one piece with the lid, but is added with a screw. I haven't found that to be a problem though. It can hold an entire bulb of elephant garlic if you trim the top well. Cut your cooking time 10 minutes when roasting garlic as this will hold heat and continue cooking after you remove it from the oven.
