I have deteriorating discs between my neck vertebrae, which caused horrible pain, and my physical therapist recommended I get a harness like this and use it with the lat machine that I have in my home gym. I started using this by sitting directly under the lat machine cable and adding just 10 lbs. to my machine for 5 minutes everyday and my neck pain left me after just a few weeks. After a few months I have gradually worked up to using 30 Lbs. for 5 minutes and maintain this routine just every other day and my neck pain never came back. If you already own a lat machine like me then this is the perfect solution. This harness is very comfortable can also be used with those over-the-door neck traction devices you see advertised here.

I did not receive all the parts to make this traction device work. All I got was a green piece of fabric. I ordered this because it say it has all parts for operation including pull handle. Please send the rest of the traction device or refund my money.

For the price its ok but i was hoping for the whole thing

This traction device is a more up-dated version of the device I've been using for the past ten years or so. It is much easier to use and more comfortable. This device is allowing me to go through life without getting another neck surgery. Thanks Amazon.

This is a-lot more comfortable than the one that came with the kit I ordered .

Only the wrap came in - no hanger. Now I'm having trouble finding just the hanger. I'll probably have to buy an entire new set...

could not get a good fit...tried using it to replace a similar harness from another company. it only 'sorta works".
