Works very well for the intended purpose. The cheapest I could find and I am not disappointed with the quality!

I like this product as it is great to make your own cleaning product. The scent is not great but it’s natural so I mix it with water and add drops of essential oils in my glass spray bottles and it does wonder. I also use this product as a shampoo for my carpet cleaner. It works for everything so no need to buy several cleaning products and use plastic bottles. This is now replacing so many cleaning products that’s great! The product is quite thick so I recommend diluting it in hot water otherwise you will struggle.

I have used it to clean my house anywhere and everywhere.It is definitely a good oneI would say you can definitely have it for a long time .. as they say “ a little goes a long way”

Discovered this in France while on a Home Exchange last August. Old family black soap recipe of homeowners but found similiar in U and took it home. Just ran out and found it on Amazon. This is a fantastic cleaning product. Cleans everywhere and everything and leaves a lovely fresh smell. Greta shopping experience.

I bought this thinking it would have the sweet olive oil smell of cleaner I used in France. Big mistake. Cat pee would be a kind description of the smell. But I do appreciate that this is the authentic soap of Marseilles, and would recommend anyone to see the Marius Fabre videos on Youtube. It nourishes and polishes my Lino and tiles, whereas commercial cleaners seem to strip the shine from floors over a period of time. There is a very useful leaflet in English which came with my bottle, and if you don't get one, the French version is available on the internet. It is a miracle cleaning product, from dishes and pans to getting oily spots off clothes and washing dainty lingerie and woollens. Now I have got used to its natural, if not delightful, niff I find that walking past highly perfumed chemical cleaners and detergents in supermarkets makes me feel itchy and wheezy.

Love using this for all cleaning jobs - particularly for the bath and basins. Use different strengths depending. It works as well as all that stuff like Cillit Bang and Mr Muscle and feels so much more sustainable.

I contacted the Marius Fabre company family and asked them directly if this could be used as a cleanser for the skin. They told me they recommended it!I have been a long term user of African black soap, but this beats it out of the park. It doesn't sting like ABS and it gently, cleans off all makeup and leaves my skin so soft! I love it, I'm so glad you can use it in this way!I also use it as a regular cleaner around my house and I love it, I feel much less guilty using this for dishes than using the regular brands which are so awful on the environment and marine life!

Please make sure the product is sealed properly as it has leaked in the package losing some soap in the process
