This is a very good solid razor with some weight, but easy to use. It has a very good close cut. Although I give the razor 5* I do have a couple of concerns, you need to buy the adapter for the electric charger and it doesn’t make it very clear on the packaging. Also the charging unit does get quite hot and again please be aware. But it is an amazing little razor.

This is a the best electronic razor I have bought so far. It gives the closest, most precise shave and doesn't leave any razor burn unlike other devices I have used. Obv u could get razor burn but only if u r careless. Otherwise it is the best device I have used and it is great for getting a really close shave with fine hair and very coarse hair.

I love this shaver I have had many shaves in the pass this shave cuts the hair close to the skin and it really is smooth and hair free. I love this. just wish it came with a changing station instead of the plug that is not a UK plug but I still love it

The charging brick plugs directly into the shaver, which means if you have a standard bathroom shaver 115v outlet with side-by-side 115v / 230v sockets the unit is pretty much unusable: the shaver on the socket sticks out horizontally, putting strain on the socket. A lead would help. If you charge on socket with a typical straight-through charger, the exterior of the charger gets up to about 80°C which will shorten the charger's operating life.And even though this didn't even get charged up, and didn't get used, the return policy prevents returns, so that's not very good at all.

Despite using infrequently and properly, the razor stopped charging. Desire stores and Panasonic were unhelpful despite the product being under warranty. Spend your money elsewhere.

Didn’t realise this is an US product although do acknowledge that it does say so lower down product information. Then bought adaptor US however the charging unit is getting very hot. This is because the Product is made for US 112 voltage not UK 240. According to my account this product is not eligible for return! Will now have to buy a step down voltage converter! Not happy as I also bought one for my daughter as well.

The shaver worked well initially. Unfortunately and with only 4 months of use, the foil blade has cut my leg ( it's very sore).I can't return the product as the return window has disappeared & is only valid for a month from purchase date. Not happy & don't know how to sort out this problem. Poor customer service.
