You can immediately feel the effects of it, more energy, less tired, even after ten hour shifts at work. Moreover , encouraged by this product's positive effects, I've started doing cardio again. I have done heavy cardio before to increase my stamina levels(martial arts training) and it always drained me completely, found it tedious and couldn't wait to finish. However ,to my surprise, I enjoyed my cardio session, as it didn't leave me barely walking ,even after a 90 minute bodybuilding session on top of it. I just felt good, worked out a proper sweat and went out feeling energetic and pumped. These worked really well for me. I took two before workout and felt I had a better work-out, but I wasn't sure if it was my imagination or not - that night I had a serious dose of insomnia & couldn't drift off and felt wired!It appears that I respond really well to this brand of TT.The insomnia disappeared after the first couple of nights (I took them in the morning just in case).These definitely help, although a good workout and good diet plan are more important - these TT work in combination and help to maximise the results of a good workout.Also, as an added bonus, it really increases libido too.

Been using it for last few days... I was using tribulus from hecticlifestyle which is extremely good but this one seems to have more tribulus in it (8000mg) so thought I should give it go.. Till now I haven't seen any energy realease certainly not like the tribulus I hve used before probably my body has not got used to this product as it's just been 3 days,only time will tell but im hopeful.. As it tastes and smells exactly like the tribulus I hve used... So fingers crossed for that reason 4 stars. It's always better to try different supplements from different brands or else body gets used to it and doesn't show any effect so it's good idea to change it all the time. So all those guys/gals who go to gym and want that extra omph give it go and also all those who just want that extra omph in their day to day life should give it go too.

First thing is I do get a free pack for the review, but, and it is a big but, I just don't take any tablet or supplement just for the sake of it.I have a medical problem with my spine and have had to take up swimming again. I am 54, and not swam for 10 years, but I was a very good swimmer back thenI was flagging a little when I went back into training so thought a supplement would help. I finally decided on the Tribulus Terrestris.And yes. I was confused with reading the reviews as some had written one probably to get a freebee.Well I have been using the tablet for about two weeks. The first week I thought they were rubbish , but carried on. Now I am at the end of the second week and there definitely a difference. Its starts off subtle, I woke up feeling pretty ok, but then I thought it was just because it was a nice sunny morning .But they really do work, I am up to 70 lengths of a 25mtr pool now which is what I need to sort my back out.Its week four for swimming and week two for the tablets and I have loads more energy , and also my body is starting to look pretty good.I will say though do not expect a sudden super human boost as soon as you take them. For me they have not worked liked that. It is a subtle increase which starts off with the thought ' are they working? or is it me just having a good day?' on the second week you will notice it.Would I recommend them ? yes definitely I would, but please give them a little time. As I mentioned I hate taking capsules of tablets and would not write a review on something I'm going to get free that I wont take and just throw away.Just have a little patience.

I bought this approximately 5 months ago to generally improve my mood and energy. It arrived in well protected amazon packaging and upon opening it, it seemed cheap in terms of the actual housing and the print used for the sticker on the front.This product doesn't work as quickly as other TTs and over the last few years I've come across a few brilliant ones. However it does work. You have to give it time. After using it and it's effects, It's also one of the most cheapest for the amount of impact it has. Saying that, there are far superior and effective ones out there at similar prices.Thumbs up if this helps you in any way.
