Very poor adhesive design.
Nicely done chrome...but there are some metallic bumps on the bottom caused by the spring mechanism, so it does not set down flat on the mounting surface. Moreover, the adhesive only attaches to the edges of the base and not the middle area, so that there is very little contact with the mounting surface, only around the edges. Plus, the adhesive is played out and has little sticking quality left after the long shelf life. Little wonder that it does not stick down well.

I ordered two before this from other brands, Both flew off in a week because they were garbage and had crappy adhesive, this one however I’ve had for about a month and it’s sticked and has had no issues, it also looks incredible
