Great Product!
I purchased this for my Mum who has Vulvadynia, she thinks it's really helped manage her pain.The icepack hasn't got to be frozen, just a couple of hours in the freezer before use.

This has been great for pain relief and cooling due to Vulvodynia. Only problems is that it doesn't stay frozen for very long at all in comparison to other ice pack similar products I have and the price is rather high. You could do with 2 for this price as then while one re freezes you can use the other. But so far, it has been worth it to have some relief.

Unhappy - gel is coming out of product
I ordered this back in January I was using it as I got bruised - I again used it recently - due to an infection and the gel pad now has a slit in it and gel is coming out very unhappy I would love for the product owners to do something about this - unhappy

The item has popped and is leaking, I’m very disappointed I’ve only used it twice !!! When I have tried to return it’s not returnable .The item is less than one week old

Excellent communication throughout the order process. Product is perfect.
To use the product, first hand wash the white medical gauze sleeves in hot soapy water and line dry. Then, either freeze or warm the gel pack in hot water. Insert the gel pack into the sleeve and place it in the underwear, adjusting as necessary for comfort.
