Yes it is expensive but I think it is well worth the money. I keep my Muhle razor out on display in the bathroom and the guard looks great on it. I also have a 4 year old grandson to think about and don't want him touching a razor blade. It is extremely well made and fits my Muhle safety razor like a glove, nice and snug and safe. Can't fault it you will not be disappointed.

Fits perfectly.
Expensive at full price ,in the region of ten pounds. I was looking at right time and got it for £4 . This is still expensive though for pennies worth of plastic .On the plus side ,it looks well made and durable.If you pay full asking price you will feel robbed ,just my opinion.

Safety first
Yes its only a small piece of plastic but it fits perfectly and when you’ve a small inquisitive grandchild the extra degree of safety worth it. Should also be a plus when I take the razor on holiday.

Fits most DE razors but not mine
Doesn’t fit a Wilkinson Sword razor so requested a refund. Can’t speak for its quality as unable to use. Only posting a review in case other Wilkinson Sword razor owners are considering a purchase. Great idea in principle but I think I’ll look at more flexible materials in a guard

Decent product
Fast delivery, decent quality. However, it does not fit my razor. Unable to return it. Oh well. We live we learn and we move on.

No more cut fingertips
Great product and I use it on my main razor when I'm away but may have not got it as it came with the travel kit but it isn't listed. Just like a double edge razor. A great surprise in the combined travel pack but not when the Amazon bit says also brought with a travel pack. There's selling and there's over selling. Muhel are not to blame and there products are top notch. It was Amazon that I was disappointed with for the overselling.

Overpriced and overpackaged
I’m sure this does its intended job, but It’s very expensive for a flimsy piece of plastic. The photos make it look sturdy and well made, and the price suggests that too, but in my hands it feels incredibly cheap and flimsy.It also came with excessive packaging for such a small item.
