Doesn't hold the film flat so results in bad focus

I use this with my Epson Perfection V850 pro and it does the job fine. It's not as easy to load as the OEM holder because it does not have the plastic screen to press the film against so there is a learning curve. I find it easiest to load when I use both hands (buy some antistatic gloves) and take my time lining it up. It does not sit entirely flat as the plastic is slightly warped so be prepared to adjust the way it sits on the bed. Height adjustment is pretty non existent, there are feet on the bottom and they are either on or off. It's more expensive than I would expect to have so little adjustment.

I was hoping it would work with an Epson V370 scanner but it does not.
