I really like this plant based calcium. The pills are on the small side so they are easier to take. I take two after breakfast and one after dinner. They have all the bone strengthen minerals to help absorb the plant based calcium. I feel better now that I am taking calcium, it seems to strengthen my knees, so I will continue buying when I get low in them. Two month supply and a good price for all you get.

This is easy for me to swallow and it hasn’t affected my stomach so far. My sleep quality is the same as it’s always been. The reason I bought this is because I heard that red marine algae is good for your bones. And the price of this one was reasonable. So I decided to try it since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis on my last bone density scan. I’m hoping that red marine algae will help reverse it like some others had claimed. I’m rotating this red algae with Bone strength since this one is much more affordable to me. But it doesn’t contain vitamin K or strontium. I won’t know the new results until next year in September when I get my next dexa scan since my insurance will only cover for every 2 years. If I remember I will update my review.

This differs from the calcium I used to take, and recent blood tests show that my calcium levels are great!

Good calcium 925mg, also has magnesium, Vitamin D, Vitamin K & algae mineral complex. No artificial sweeteners or gelatin. Very glad found this & cheaper than what had been getting.

Hoping that this will help. Will know if there is any improvement or slowing of bone loss with the next dexascan 🤞🤞🤞

This bones Frank supplement really includes several supplements and minerals that I buy individually. For me this is a much more cost-effective solution versus buying each supplement in mineral individually. But most importantly I love that this calcium is derived from algae and not dairy. Also includes boron which I regularly take. More often than not we are getting far less amounts of boron than we should be getting in our diet. The farms are so over farmed that the boron content has really been reduced over the last couple of decades. I liked it this has vitamin d because you cannot absorb calcium without vitamin d. I also like that this magnesium is formality as well. I do really well taking these and this magnesium does not cause me to have loose stools. Another thing is I don't take the three capsules daily. I've been taking two one day and alternating with one the following day. I just don't feel like I need 900 mg of calcium. So because of my dosage I chosen this bottle will last for more than 6 months. What a deal right?
