With this particular set of 28 pieces, you get everything you need for everything you cook.Beautiful and Elegant! But the point I want to make for everyone is that these porcelain dishes are very durable. I use them every day.I won’t use anything else on the market and believe me, I have had several different known brands along my journey. Guests are always saying how beautiful my dishes are also.

I absolutely adore the tree with colorful ornamental balls with a shining star at the top, and completed with a very pretty butterfly landing on one of the branches! This is very artistic and very creative design as the tree and the star represents Christmas tree, which is symbolic of your home, and the butterfly represents your family and friends visiting your home at Christmas time for a wonderful holiday celebration with everyone, making this dinnerware set a perfect choice to use for Christmas time. I also love how these dinnerware set feels very strong and durable for something that is made of porcelain, whereas other porcelain dinnerware I’ve used feels very fragile to the touch that I always feel like I have to be extra careful at handling them as I feel like I’m going to accidentally drop them on the floor any minute and they break into pieces. 🥶 Not these ones by Lenox, which I really love! Additionally, I love the size and depths of the plates as well, as they’re not bulky and not too thin either. They’re sized just right, which are easy to hold. Lastly, I like how these are dishwasher-safe, making them very easy to clean and very convenient to have.That said, I absolutely recommend these dinnerware set to others as these are such keepers and more than worth the asking price. This 12-piece dessert set makes a nice departure from the usual Christmas dishes, since the holiday theme is a lot more subtle. The dishes, themselves, are typical (great) Lenox quality, with crisp colors and flawless, consistent glazing.Note that the product description and the dishes, themselves, don't specify what type of porcelain these are. I'd put them in the class of "earthenware," as they're not as heavy as stoneware, and not as delicate as china. They're pretty sturdy, heavy, and durable. But if you're looking for fine china, these are not that. I have a couple of sets of Lenox china, as well as a set of Lenox earthenware, and both have held up to regular use and survive the dishwasher just fine. These are just more toward the casual end of the spectrum than the china, so you know what to expect.

This Lenox Butterfly Meadow holiday pattern doesn't disappoint! It's a charming design that's the perfect holiday compliment whether or not you use the regular Butterfly Meadow pattern. My mom gave me a full set of Butterfly Meadow patterned dishes as a gift after I fell in love with it after seeing it in a department store, and I can't wait until she sees these when she visits during the holidays! The quality of Lenox is fantastic with dishes you can expect to last for generations with proper care. If you want a whimsical, nature-inspired addition to your holiday table, you really can't go wrong with these. They're beautiful, dishwasher safe, and are sure to bring a smile to any nature lover/gardener/butterfly enthusiast. They'd also make a great hostess gift!

I somehow missed that these were Christmas dishes, I saw the butterfly and overlooked the Christmas balls and the star on the tree, but it doesn't matter, these are beautiful dishes for whenever you use them. They look so pretty and dainty, but they are actually more durable than you would think. They aren't very heavy, but not lightweight either, they can be used for every day. I was afraid to put them in the dishwasher, but my husband did it without me knowing and they came out fine, so they are dishwasher safe! It's nice to have such a pretty set that I'm not afraid to use- or let the family use. I know that Lenox is known for making quality items, and they have done it again with this set.
