Clear Sound and They Get Loud
These things sound really good. Good bass and really clear sounding. You can push them hard as well. They’re a little on the heavy side, getting them on a pole or tripod by yourself can be a chore.

Great monitor
True monitor I have used in live band and DJ sessions. Good Clarity and volume. Good price point considering it is a true coax monitor not a speaker laying on its side. I also like the low profile look on stage. Places the sound in the right location for the musicians and singers. I have not had any complaints yet.

Great coax floor monitor/FRFR
Have used a number of different powered PA/FRFR speakers with my Fractal units, as well as a Mesa 50/50 and 2 1x12" Mesa cabs and a QSC stereo amp and a pr of late 80s JBL G-730. The accuracy, clarity, fit and finish, and astounding clean volume of the Yamaha DHR12M is second to none. The closest in quality IMO would be the EV PXM-12P, also coax, which I believe might be why. In stereo, two Yamahas will fill a 2500-seat theatre with incredible fidelity and effortless power with headroom to spare, with no PA support whatsoever. Better to run a DI to the board and PA, but the Yamahas (and for that matter, the EV PXMs) are up to the task of running solo. Killer FRFR solution; you will not be compromising at all in any way going with these. Incredible dispersion as well.
