Good product. Just followed the instructions with the package. Seeds germinated as expected within 4/5 days, Germination rate is also good, about 75 to 80%. Would gladly recommend.

After a week it's started germination

After wasting money on multiple grass seeds from Amazon, this is the one that blew my mind. Started germinating within 3 days, and then continued to grow in patches over the next 3 weeks, gradually covering most of the land (80% germination).A patter that I see is that once grass grows in a patch, the ungerminated seeds around it also start germinating. So some seeds are still germinating after 3 weeks. So I expect germination to be even better. Remember that it's rye grass that works best in shades area, so I could see that germination was better in less sunny backyard, than the front yard, which gets 4-5 hours of direct sunlight. Once I increased watering frequency in the sunny yard to compensate for frequent drying of soil, germination became faster.I will be ordering more of this grass seed, to seed the patchess that didn't germinate. And to overseed some areas for a thicker cover.

It’s more than a month nothing is growing from the seeds. Everyday we pour water but it looks like we got only dust not seeds.
