Rice with dried broccoli!
Cook rice a few minutes before the is done add the dried broccoli! Made on a gas stove in a good pot! Awesome!

Dried foods from Harmony House
We live on a 33' sailboat. There are many times where we do not have access to fresh food. The dried vegetables and fruit from Harmony house are perfect for making soups, stews, and desserts. We have survived off of dishes made with their dried fruit and vegetables for weeks at a time. I highly recommend them all.

I liked the product ok, however there were to many stocks and not enough crowns which made it to chewy. Thank you

Saving for future use
I ordered this to hold for future use in case of a food shortage I expect is coming in the near future due to all the food prices rising and what is happening with our government. I have purchase many of these Harmony House dried foods to store.
