Poorly Designed
This bag is okay but I think bag manufacturers feel like they have to come up with new designs all the time to keep us interested and sometimes end up with something that doesn't really work. The long narrow design means that you can only put things at the bottom in the main compartment that you don't need to take out often because it's pretty hard to get down there. In the front pocket there aren't a lot of pouches for cables or devices and then there's a long deep section at the front where things get lost and are hard to get out. The laptop pocket is a separate compartment at the back but it isn't especially well padded. The side pockets are quite small and not a great fit for phones and keys and things. There's no frame type thing at the back so you get a sweatier back without it. All in all this is not recommended from me.I kept the bag because I needed one straight away and it's not poorly made I just think it's been designed with the aesthetic in mind more than the usability. It looks neat, if a little feminine, on the back and if you love the design and that's the most important thing then fine but I've been disappointed with Vaude bags in recent years to be honest. I had one that lasted 10 years of serious abuse and was perfect but some of the recent ones have all had weird design choices that make them slightly annoying to use.
