Nice upgrade
So much nicer than using scissor jacks haha. Note it is HEAVY, like 100lbs

Great quality & functionality
So far great! Really like the ability to choose lowering speed of vehicles down to ground slowly. As advertised very good quality. Padded arm is nice for low/sports cars when needed to slide deeper under vehicle. Super easy to set up.

Excellent low profile jack
This Jack is a life saver. I needed a very durable low profile jack for my cars and this was it. It’s solid, well made and heavy as heck. I almost lost one of my nuts trying to lift this bad boy. Good thing this jack has wheels that operate smoothly. The pump action works smoothly as does the lowering.

Nice
This is a very good quality jack. It is made in China, but it does not look or feel cheap. You can see this in the detail, for example the set screw for the handle uses a large diameter thread and it's lathe turned on the end. The quick-disconnect button on the handle is thick steel and is solid. Not that it affects function, but the paint is smooth, no drips or runs, and there were no sharp edges or poor quality stampings. All the welds looked good. This is not the same one that looks identical and sold by the store with initials H.F.; I've had hand-on experience with that one and I can say that it IS cheap. This does not reek with the odor of cheap tools either (I know the smell doesn't matter but you know how everything at H.F. smells...).To me this is not a heavy jack, in fact it seems about on par with most similar sized steel jacks. When it arrived (on a pallet), I just opened the box and lifted it out. I guess it depends on what you are used to. It rolls easily even on my somewhat rough and sloped (5 degree) driveway. It doesn't get hung up any more than my other shorter jacks; it does sit low, and of course will drag on concrete boundaries, etc. Obviously if you're getting a low jack like this, you should be using it on a clean, flat and smooth concrete surface.Minimum height is as listed, 2.75 inches at the highest point on the pad. The height is under 2.75 for 9 inches from the pad center, and then it slightly ramps to 3" high at the "neck" which is 16 inches from the center of the pad. It measures 18" from the far edge of the pad to the neck, and although there is steel under the lip of the pad, I don't think I would lift a car with the lip. So I would say this jack's real throw is actually 16", not 18" as stated. The handle requires very little movement to lift, about 1 - 2 inches, so if you're in a tight spot you can still use it. The full handle is 51.5 inches from the floor when vertical, and 30 inches without the extension. The handle stays in the same place after pumping, it does not spring forward or back.First pump lifts to 6.5", second pump to 10.25, third pump to 13.75. Max height is 24.25". The linear offset is about 10.5 inches at full height.

Very Robust
Arrived today. Box and jack in perfect condition. No structural or cosmetic flaws. Very heavy but rolls smoothly. Be careful removing the wire which holds the pistons in and yoke down for shipping. No hints in instructions on how to remove it safely (I cut it with a die grinder with a cutting wheel but from behind with the mechanism pointing at a wall and wearing a full face safety shield in case they were held in with more force than I expected...it wasn't). Clear process in manual and online to remove any trapped air. Rolls easily and the handle and mechanism works smoothly. .I measured the minimum position at more than 2 3/4", which is a bit disappointing. it was almost 3" ( 2 15/16) across the tops of the "tabs" on the saddle, and identical to my old jack. While it might be a bit lower between the tabs that is an unrealistic measurement as it is the tabs which will make the contact with the lift point on the vehicle. The maximum lift was higher than spec at 24 5/8". The low rise section, measured from the center of the saddle, was 16".I tested operation on a light car (1220 pounds) in my shop and it took leass effort than my old jack. It also worked smoothly and took a reasonable number of strokes to a poistion where the front wheels were about 8" off the ground. I left the car this way for perhaps 20 minutes and saw no sign of leakage or loss of height. After having my previous jack literally explode parts and fail while my son was using it because the C clips holding it together as well as the grooves they were in were sub-standard (Harbor Freight aluminum "Racing" jack) I looked closely at the same area on the Sunex and it appears quite substantial. While this jack cost 2 1/2 times or more what my old one did, as far as I can tell so far it is well worth it for safety and ease of use.If anything changes in my perception I will update this review.

Expensive but heavy duty and just the right tool
I’ve been purchasing cheap 2 ton and 3 ton jacks from your local discount throwaway tool store for years justifying that I did not need to spend $300 if I only spent $70 every few years. Forget that, purchase this. Phenomenal build quality, and specification wise I could NOT find any other jack that goes as low to the ground AND as high in the air as these do. These are not rapid pump jacks that go up with three pumps but they are extremely precise And well built. They are heavy as can be and are perfect for low profile jacking points on vehicles. Thrilled! Just hope that it lasts! Perfect for a home enthusiast mechanic that can’t put a lift in their garage.
