The main reason for buying this was for a rotary washing line. Copes with a full line of clothes and also is fine for a parasol (its main job). Looks good and is sturdy and weighty. Ideal fo the job.

Very sturdy in strong winds but have difficulty tightening the screw in the bottom of concrete base, would like some suggestions please

I ordered this for my garden umbrella and when it came it was unfortunately broken. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and offered a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement. They sent it straight away and I have a lovely umbrella stand. 5 stars for product and customer service.

I order this last summer for using with my rotary line and sun umbrella, which I have to say works well.Until purchasing this one, I had tried 2 other makes, one broke and the other was not sturdy enough.This is a heavy stand, so considerably sturdy.

Brilliant parasol bases, does its job very well.

Item arrived very well packaged but despite this and probably due to the nature of the construction there were a few little bits chipped off the base. They are hardly noticeable and do not detract from the overall appearance, all in all very pleased.

I have purchased two of these bases..they are solid..stable and decorative..definitely recommend
