Disney DCM-60CN Mickey Popcorn Popper, Red

This lil popcorn popper is just what I need! I can take it in my suitcase on train travels and have a snack in my roomette! I’m still Leary of personal contact traveling & I don’t remember seeing popcorn in the snack bar, I am type 2 so this is the perfect snack while traveling and enjoying this great country of ours!

Megan from Maryland love this product it is functional awesome safe space and it's easy to use and I love Mickey Mouse for anybody who loves Disney Mickey Mouse popcorn and saving space when you only have a little space this is the product for you I recommended I've actually got all the Mickey Mouse kitchenware and have given everything 5-star I guarantee it's awesome fun and function it gives you just the right amount of popcorn not too much not too little and it's better than buying a big popcorn maker that takes up a lot of space it is worth every penny I guarantee it and recommend it and you're going to love it and if you don't like Mickey Mouse they have all different kinds of characters like Star Wars Frozen and much more to choose from in the popcorn machine

I purchased this because I don’t like air popped or microwave popcorn. Most poppers are way too large for 1-2 people. This one pops around 4 cups not 6 if using included measuring spoons. Works great!But could you make one that is just plain without characters on them?

The media could not be loaded. I searched for hours looking for a popcorn popper for one person and small enough for very limited space. So many of them are too large and even more expensive. Not that I’m fond of Mickey Mouse, but it was the smallest and perfect size for me (and the red matches my kitchen). I don’t know if the kernels I purchased with it were old, but they sure were not popping great leaving too many “barely” popped popcorn and unpopped kernels. After using several oils, I found the grapeseed oil gets the hottest so most of it now pops. The constant turning of the wire stirrer in the bottom will get stuck some, so I have to shake it sideways gently to move the kernels and shake unpopped kernels back down from the sides into the heat. Now I just need to find a popcorn salt that will actually stay on the popcorn (I don’t do butter). I purchased the Morton brand along with the popper and paid $10 bucks for a tiny bottle and literally dump it in hoping some will stick. Oh… definitely use the measuring cup that comes with the popper and do NOT overflow it! Use the exact amount it calls for in the instructions!

This little gadget is great and cute as could be. Those that have complained about soggy popcorn probably didn’t realize they needed to take the cap off to vent the steam or maybe used too much oil. I used this in my small office though and after a few uses of learning how to optimize its performance I think mine works perfectly as it should.

I wanted this for Christmas my husband bought it thru Amazon It works great just didn't like the mist when popping 🙃

For looks, it is adorable. It makes about one serving of popcorn. The only complaints are the turning mechanism seems flimsy, the popcorn kernels don't always get popped because they move up with the popcorn. Also it tends to get moisture or something in the popper so the popcorn isnt fluffy it comes out a little gummy.
