My father actually just needed the o rings, but made use of the entire thing to rehab equipment found at a garage sale.

Set for another 10 years
The only real o-rings that came in the kit was for the detent valve side and the front cover side, but not for the spool valve inside the control body. Granted, if those o-rings are messed up, you might as will just replace the whole valve body. Just make sure you get the right kit for your hydraulic control valve body
