Works great for using Xbox Series controllers on Xbox 360
Not sure about the other features but so far it is working perfectly as a wireless adapter for me to use my modern Xbox Series controllers on my old Xbox 360. Have not experienced any connection dropouts issues while playing. Although I would say it sends the controllers to sleep a little too quickly which wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't combined with the adapter taking about 15 seconds to reconnect after you turn the controller back on. For the price though and the consistency while actually playing you can't go wrong.

Works well - instructions not the best
I purchased this in order to use a PS4 pad on a PS3 as new official PS3 pads are almost impossible to find (discounting the ones available from foreign eBay sellers!). Yes, I know that the PS3 can natively pair with PS4 pads, but not all games are guaranteed to work - GT5 is definitely one of them! After a few failed attempts, and because the instructions are a little confusing, I eventually paired the devices and matched the configuration and the device works flawlessly. I haven't noticed any discernible lag and the buttons all seem to work as required.Recommended for anybody wanting to fire up an old games console (with USB of course) and use a different input device.

DS4 motion controls are working
A few reviews here are a bit outdated now. To enable Dualshock rumble and motion:* Update the dongle to v1.19+ using a PC.* Set "pro controller over usb" in your Switch menu.* Press the button on the dongle until the LED turns purple.MOTION - The controls themselves work very well. After testing them in Splatoon 2 and Zelda I do feel they are slightly less accurate than Nintendo controllers when aiming to the sides, but otherwise not bad at all. They're certainly good enough for the 'waggle' motions Mario Odyssey requires. If motion is the only thing tempting you towards a Pro Controller instead, I definitely recommend giving the updated Mayflash a try as an alternative.RUMBLE - This is a little more hit and miss. Games with basic feedback like Zelda work great and are perhaps even an improvement if you prefer the feel of Dualshock 4 rumble. HOWEVER, you may find that some HD rumble games just don't translate well to standard rumble: Mario Odyssey uses it for so many reasons that your controller will practically be rumbling nonstop. Splatoon almost works properly, but the indistinguishable vibrations felt when moving through ink safely and taking damage might be confusing enough to put you at a disadvantage. If this bothers you, vibrations can usually be turned off on a per game basis, and some like Mario Kart even work absolutely fine, so it's not a huge issue. Ultimately I think it's a good feature to have, but it's still definitely one of the main trade offs compared to a more expensive Nintendo controller.OVERALL PROS - There isn't really any noticeable input lag, it fits nicely out of sight inside the back compartment of the Switch dock, has a good wireless range, works with a variety of wired/wireless controllers (with a more reliable d-pad than the Pro), all Switch buttons are accounted for (on DS4) and it doesn't need to be touched once you are set up other than to assign new controllers.CONS - Only one player can connect per dongle, motion feels a little more sluggish turning to the sides than up/down, games might give inconsistent feedback if designed for HD rumble (see above) and the console can't be switched on remotely with the controller.

Used to connect a ps3 controller to the Switch..
I have used this to connect a PS3 controller to use with the Switch, and it works perfectly, we needed another controller to play lego undercover and at £60 i couldn't justify a set of joy cons, so bought this to try.Took a while to work out how to connect the PS3 controller as the instructions are useless, but it turned out to be obvious, you need to make sure the Magic-NS is flashing red, and then connect the controller to it using the PS3 charging cable, it synced immediately, we could then unplug it and use it wirelessly, all the buttons work as expected so is easy to get used to.I plan to buy another 3 of these plus a usb hub so we can have four player mario cart.We also have PS4 controllers should we ever need the gyro, but so far the unused PS3 controller has been perfect.

The most useful gaming accessory I've bought in years... possibly ever.
Bought to get round locked down USB ports on a Sega Astro City mini. Not only works great but offers so many wired and wireless options to use with no lag noticed whatsoever using a PS4 controller. Also use it to get round XInput restriction on Windows PC so can now finally use PS4 controller without having to install third party software. Yet to try every system and option but the ability of using my favourite controller for each supported platform has revolutionised my gaming experience. Cannot think of any negative aspects...

Just doesn't work wirelessly on a DualShock 4 and Switch.
I have spent 3 hours trying to get this thing to work. Useless instructions. Just doesn't work wirelessly on a DualShock 4 and Switch. Not as advertised. DO NOT BUY.

Wired only for Rumble on X Box Series X controller
Might be just my lack of understanding, but it seems that the Purple mode, Switch Pro, which supports rumble and motion control, works through a wire only. I bought this to play games in docked mode on a large screen, so now I have to buy a long ass cable to get a proper viewing distance.Alternatively, there's the Red mode that supports wireless connectivity, but no rumble and motion. This stick + cable puts my expenses disappointingly close to a Switch Pro Controller. If you're buying this for an X Box X/S controller, do note it'll have to be wired for full controller features. It does the job, but they should really stress the wired part properly, as this would've stopped from buying a cumbersome workaround. The savings don't justify the hassle, imho.

Works Perfectly!
I mainly bought this so i can use my PS5 controller on my PS3 since brand new official PS3 controllers are a thing of the past and its hard to find a decent working controller for the PS3. This thing works perfectly on the PS3 and im very glad the home button works. Im also glad this works on the switch. The only thing i wish is that it would work on the PS4 but after doing some looking around i noticed they have an ultimate version that supports the PS4 so eventually i might upgrade to that once my PS4 controllers start to crap out on me and you cant buy them anymore.

Works for dual joycon
Great to see mayflash still around making great products more than 15 years laterUsed this to connect dual joycon in unison on my android phone, worked flawlessly after mapping in retroarch - just remember to sync the right controller before the left or it won't work 😎

Stadia controller finally has a purpose!
The NS lite works great! It came with the most recent firmware version and bound quite easily to the ble enabled stadia controller. I havent noticed any real latency and its nice to be able to adjust the dead zones and vibration intensity for the dongle right from the controller. Since this dongle only has memory for one ble device, I am able to turn off the stadia controller and it will connect automatically to the NS lite when powered back on. The best part is that vibration works in switch pro mode! Very happy with this so far.

Recomendado
