So far seems to be working well for my pets. They seem to like the flavor and allow me to brush their teeth without much issue. Color of the product is pale/white, consistency is smooth and thick it stays on the brush well, size of the bottle is reasonable and similar to a human toothpaste, leaves dog breath smelling better than before.

My little rescue dog had bad breath. Vet said her teeth are fine, but the breath was stinky. That is, until I tried Petsmile Toothpaste. Not only does she love the taste, but in only 3 days of using the product, her breath is so much better and it is pleasant to be kissed by her. I absolutely recommend this product.

I find the better taste of the toothpaste makes teeth brushing easier to do.

I'm someone who brushes my toy poodle's teeth every single night. I don't miss a day. I've used several other brands of toothpaste over the years, recently ran out of the tube I typically use, and decided to give Petsmile a try. Within two weeks of using Petsmile, I've noticed that the stains that I could not get off my dog's teeth (even with daily brushing) are now dissolving! I'm actually in shock at how well this stuff works.The directions say you can just wipe it on your dog's teeth, no brushing necessary. Well, I have been brushing it on his teeth with a toothbrush, and the results are simply amazing! One word of caution is to not use too much of the toothpaste. I made the mistake of doing that and my dog had diahhrea the whole next day. Just a tiny bit of toothpaste on the brush, and brush away, and you will a difference in your dog's teeth within weeks. I can't wait to see how his teeth look after a few months of using this!Editing to add that I've been using this a few months now, and still great results. However, I only use it on alternate days because I feel like my dog's stomach doesn't always tolerate it well. I still brush my dog's teeth every day, but I only use the Petrodex 3-4 times a week, and the other days I brush I use plain coconut oil on a toothbrush (coconut oil has natural antibacterial properties and many people who want to avoid chemicals use it as dog toothpaste). Also, when I do use the Petrodex, I only put a tiny amount on the brush.

This toothpaste works. I was using another toothpaste for my dogs but it didn't seem to have much effect even brushing a few times a week. Once I switched to this, what a difference!! I'll be honest, I don't love the price but it's worth it for sure. My shepherd has relatively bad teeth but since using this product, much MUCH better! Haven't had to have a vet cleaning in 3 years

This is for the rotisserie chicken flavor (supposedly). First off, the price seems excessive, but I figured that the product volume vs no. of uses would be worth it. I peeled off the foil seal and let my cat sniff and taste a bit off his nose. He sniffed it, licked a bit once from the foil, shook his head, and quickly left. Unfortunately, opened products can't be returned, so it will just go to waste and go in the garbage eventually. I feel bad wasting both the product and my money. With his reaction, I gave it a smell (no taste test obv), and it smelled like NOTHING. I have a very sensitive nose and I couldn't detect ANY odor from it. I'm not positive that it even is flavored. I also think that making a vegan "meat flavored" product for carnivores and omnivores is ridiculous. If you don't want to consume animal products, personally, that's your choice as a human, but your pets are different. What the heck did they flavor it with instead of animal products? What odorless chemical? Why does it have no smell?I will generously give it 3 stars b/c I couldn't actually try it on my cat to judge the effectiveness.I think it would make sense to sell smaller trial tubes, and perhaps a set of minis of all the flavors, because you never know how your pet will react to the product or if a different flavor would be more appealing to them. Plus, it cuts down on wasted product due to rejected/unappealing flavor choices, etc.Conclusion: Ingredients sound good, but my cat rejected the odorless artificial meat flavor and the product is now useless to me. I won't give it a one star just because we couldn't use it, though.

My dog usually fights me hard when brushing her teeth, but she seems to like this flavor more and gives me a bit of a break now that I use this brand. Also I have noticed a definite lightening of her teeth, so that is also a plus

My dog seems to like the taste because he doesn't fight me when i brush his teeth!
