This product is a safety hazard and should not be purchased.I fitted this chain perfectly and it just tore apart in a sprint away from some lights. This did not break at the quick link but an actual chain link itself. This chain was made from cheap metal, and should not be sold as a useable chain.If you are looking to buy a new chain it is one of the only parts of the bike you should absolutely not cheap out on, stay safe and invest in a safety tested chain.

Gave it a few weeks trial. Looks cool, didnt snap on me when putting down a lot of power on high speeds, tolerances are a bit questionable out of the box, shifting on 3x8 speed drive train is good however sometimes the chain catches hangs on to the gears on the crankset, which is a code brown moment, however if you set your chain properly it will unstick as soon as it happens and everything is ok.

I was surprised of how good the chain looked how well it worked with older K2 Razor Back bike that I use to pull my daughter's third wheel. So far the chain works really. This chain actually replaces the original chain that came with bike. I switched over to primarily riding road bikes at it stayed in the garage. After cleaning and lubing the shifters and this chain I may have hit the trails again. The looks nice as well, aplus for most cyclist. The installation was easy as well. I just used the old chain as template. It hand stretched about 3/16 of an inch so I am pretty sure it was ready to break. I have only put about 26 miles on it shifting is pretty smooth on my Shimano Deore drive train. I highly recommend. If my thoughts change in the next month or so I will repost. My six year gave 26 mile charity ride coming up in Frisco, TX which will add some more road miles. I haven't been in the mud or dusty dirt roads yet. Keep peddling for a longer life is my motto.

I assumed that it was going to be gold in color because the picture shows a gold chain and that's what I wanted because I have gold as the accent color. They sent me a silver one and I desperately needed a new chain so I kept it. The chain works fine and it fit my 7 speed e-bikes so I kept it but was a little disappointed it wasn't gold in color. Oh well, it was definitely affordable so no big deal.

Perfect for my bike and easy to install

I would not recommend buying this chain. I bought this and put it on my electric bike and just 30 minutes ago. As I'm doing 30 miles an hour down a high traffic road, the bike chain snapped where the quick link goes and the chain got caught in my backspokes. Luckily, I stopped fast enough. Or who knows what would have happened. I would give this product 0 stars if it would let me.

I ordered the wrong one 3\8 can't work with 1\2 but 1\2 can work with 3\8 so that was my bad so I couldn't test it it did feel cheap but I've had some cheap feeling stuff be some of the best for price so I can't give any negatives
