K&F Concept 52mm Magnetic Variable ND2-ND32 Lens Filters Adjustable Neutral Density Waterproof (Nano-X Series)

I’ve used this a few times now and seems to work really well. I like that K&F magnetic filters and this was the perfect addition.I’m not sure why other have been having issues with it falling off. I’ve found the magnet ring to be strong enough and fits well. The only thing I can think of is they haven’t made sure the filter has fully connected.

I have this variable ND and also the nano-b and the nano-b blurs the image and is unusable for broadcast work, but this one is great. Sharp image loses maybe 1% of the image quality vs with no filter.

I originally gave this 5 stars and a glowing review. In theory its a massive time saver, and when I had the filter it worked perfectly for what I needed. I work as a photographer and sometimes a videographer at the same time, so switching between the two I needed a quick solution, and this was it. Sadly the magnets are so weak the filter would simply fall off at the slightest bump. I lost mine while attending a wedding. No idea when it fell off, other than when we were all walking in a field. I am cautious in buying again, and I hope they eventually release an updated version with stronger magnets.

In theory the adapter magnet to hold the filter in place should be a great idea, the reality is that it is too weak and the slightest bump and it is on the ground. It's not fit for purpose in that respect.The quality of filter seems to be okay to be fair, but it is going back as it is useless until they strengthen the attachment magnet. Shame.

would not recommend this product as magnet too weak, keeps falling off. Forget about moving swiftly or running with this attached to your lens as it will simply fall off, I have lost it a few times wen filming weddings, already looking for an alternative as the filter does not stay on. I'd give a decent score if it wasn't for this fault.
