LD Products Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacements for Epson 410XL High Yield (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Photo Black, 5-Pack) for use in Expression: XP-7100, XP-530, XP-630, XP-635, and XP-640

I’m a repeat customer here and ordered the full set - Black, cyan, yellow, red and photo black, all 410XL. As the last time, I inserted them in my Epson XP-830 and never had a problem with the printer recognizing the cartridges or the print quality.And for the price when compared to original Epson ones, you cannot go wrong. I’d order again from this vendor.WARNING! Today (1/14/2018) after I had printed some pages with these cartridges, I had an EPSON "firmware update" message pop up and not thinking, I installed it. Firmware is usually a specific company's own software. Almost immediately after install, I got an error message stating cartridges are not recognized and I needed to change BK, Cyan and Yellow! Was EPSON spying on me? I now cannot print or do anything with my printer! I tied rebooting and taking the cartridges out and then back in again but nothing works. I have no option but to buy the 50% more expensive EPSON product! So, beware, if you get a firmware pop up message on your EPSON printer and you are using thse OEM cartridges, do NOT install the firmware. I will update, if anything good happens, but I truly doubt it.......Well, after some LD recommended trouble-shooting that did not work for me, they sent me three brand new cartridges under their lifetime warranty. Still skeptical, I installed them not expecting it to work, but like a miracle, I now have my printer back! thank you LD and shame on you Epson!!Further update: 6/30/18This is now the THIRD time I have purchased ink from this vendor and I have to say, they are very good. They stand by their product, give helpful advice and most importantly (for me anywa), it works and the price is right.What more can one say? Highly recommended and I will continue to use them in the future.Why go anywhere else?Only thing I will say is I wish they had a recycling program of used cartridges.

I installed all five 410XL cartridges into my Epson XP-7100 printer and they installed and worked immediately. Printed some files and pictures. Both looked very good. I will recommend and buy LD Products in the future.Update; I installed the whole set of cartridges over a month ago and have printed on photo and plain paper with great color and print quality. I have also printed pictures on several DVD's and CD and they all came out perfect.LD products are an excellent choice at a reasonable price.New update: Stupid me, installed the firmware update on my Epson XP-7100 and three of my new cartridges no longer were recognized. I called LD Customer Service and they sent me the three replacement cartridges and they installed fine with better color on pictures than the original Epson cartridges. I will continue buying LD products.

When we installed the new yellow, the printer did not recognize the coding on the cartridge. There is no return option, so be aware. - Old....Okay, I must apologize, I didn't install it correctly. When the time came to install the new one, I simply opened the printer, removed the old one and installed the new one. Then when I told it to continue, it said the coding was not recognizable. Well, I went to the store, purchased an actual Epson cartridge, installed it the same way, and once again, it said the coding was incorrect. So I went through the process again, this time asking the machine to walk me through the installation process. When it moved the cartridge carrier over and told me to install, I tried the new Epson cartridge once more, and this time it worked! So I then began to wonder if it was not the cartridge but the process used, that messed me up on the LD cartridges. So when my Magenta and Cyan ran out, I attempted it with the M & C I bought from LD and it worked!!!! So it was an operator's error. These cartridges work great! My apologies for blaming you for my stupidity!

One (main) Black cartridge leaked in its wrapping, the shipping took an excessively long time, and the tracking information was jibberish.

Epson decided to 'update' my XP-640s firmware and render 3rd party ink unusable. Epson was a real pain to deal withand I hope they get the karma they richly deserve.I asked LD for help in a way to fix this and they responded by sending me 2 complete sets to replace the one set that was partially used and the other brand new set. I was not expecting this !! I told them I had used part of the second set of 3 but they said their warranty is for the FULL life of the carts. Awesome customer service.Kudos to Aretza and Jessicav at LD.They are an awesome company to work with.Epson on the other hand needs to go back to school. They make great products but fall down in the customer service area.

I print color product covers for DVDs and the color is good with a reasonably priced compatible ink cartridge. The printer accepts the cartridge as OEM without error messages

LD says these toners are compatible with my Epson printer. I bought them. The first one lasted for a few days and then suddenly the printer didn't recognize the cartridge and forced me to replace. Then, another one, then another. After spending a sizeable sum on this 5 toner package I ended up never being able to use them all because they simply don't work with the printer they sell you on. They all started causing error messages and I had to go back and buy the Epson real ones for twice the price. Bummer. Don't waste your money.

These cartridges are excellent. I've been using them for years. They're just as good as the Epson cartridges, but a lot cheaper.
