I searched for a long time for this clock
Bought it for myself for my birthday. There are many Nixie clocks, but this was the first I've seen with a decatron, and that sold it! I'm a borderline retro geek and had never heard of them before. The clock is very well made, and very nice looking. It comes very securely packaged as well. The ONLY small issues I would note are:- The mains adapter for the power supply that goes from Euro pins to US blades is a little loose on the Euro side, and the end going into the clock is a straight connector, which makes it impossible to get close to a wall (I just got a variable power supply with right angle connectors to take care of both issues).-When first plugged in, or unplugged and then reconnected, apparently the alarm defaults to ON. So our first night with the clock, we got a wake-up at 0-dark-thirty! :) I won't forget to turn it off in the future if power is ever removed. The only suggest I could make on this clock is to default the alarm to OFF.Slava Ukraine!

Really lovely
The clock is beautiful work - nixie tubes are a lot of fun to watch when the time turns over. It's light-weight, but the wood case is of good quality, and it didn't get hurt when the cats knocked it off the desk.

Looks nice but too expensive not to be accurate
The clock looks great, (albeit a little smaller than I was hoping for) but it feels cheap. The carved edges could easily snap if you made the mistake of picking it up at the corners. The clock gains anything up to 10 seconds every day which isn't terrible but at the $299 price tag it's unacceptable. There are plenty of other Nixie clocks out there that have built in WiFi and sync with NTP. I would have probably kept this clock and tolerated the bad time keeping if it was half the price. There are two 'Sputnik' Nixie clocks available on Amazon (currently). This one and the 'Nixie Tube Clock 6X IN-14 and IN-16'. I have the other one and although it's not WiFi/NTP Sync enabled it does keep much better time (loosing around 1 second per week) and is $50 cheaper than this one. It's really a shame, for an addition $5 in hardware they could have WiFi enabled it to make the time accurate and I would be keeping it. If they fix that, I would order another one.

Father’s Day Present that was REALLY Appreciated!
The media could not be loaded. Update: I bought a second one for him. He still loves it. First, I’d like to say that my husband had a tube radio, is an electrical engineer, and he REALLY was surprised that I got him this gift. For folks that are on the nerdy side, this will definitely strike a chord. The first five minutes, he was overjoyed with this little clock. Then, one of the tubes stopped working. However, he tapped it repeatedly and I guess it was just not seated property. Working fine now, and very cute. It’s been running all day, and it’s keeping the right time. He says, “ I love it!”

Perfect graduation gift for my Amp-Minded son.
This is definitely a novel gift for anyone who appreciates the nostalgia and warmth of a tube amplifier. The decatron seconds counter was an unexpectedly cool feature to amuse us while waiting for the minute tube to increment. There was a defect with the first clock I received and had to return it. Customer service was perfect and I received the replacement quickly. Great purchase!

Cool clock, not worth the price.
This is a really neat clock, but the quality of the components and wooden structure of the clock are not good. The clock was losing about 3-4 min a day and the power adapter broke within the first week of use. Upon taking it apart, it is cheap Chinese junk. I got the clock working with a $20 variable DC power supply able to hold a constant 5vdc and it is working much better. The wooden housing is also really cheap, almost balsa wood and really cheapens the clock when you hold it. There are nicer nixie tube clocks out there, with quality power adapters, and non balsa wood housing for less and I would recommend going with those. I simply cannot justify $250 for a product with a junk power supply and very cheap wooden housing.

Classiest little nixie clock I’ve seen.
The media could not be loaded. I love the look of Nixie tubes, but I’m not crazy about the bare pointy-tube look that so many of them have. I had been wanting to make one for a long time, and long story short, that didn’t happen. But it doesn’t need to now, as this is really so close to what I had wanted to make.It looks nicer in person than it does in the photos here- hopefully the video does it some justice.Very simple operation - up/down to set time, and you can also set an alarm (which I haven’t done) - no “advanced” functions. It’s a simple and stylish nixie clock that just works. I highly recommend it.
