Good
Interesting flavor I have never experienced before. I mostly like them in biome broth and soups.

Good quality spice.
I use pink peppercorns a lot. There's a bit of fruity sweetness to the pepper that adds an extra dimension. I often get asked what the secret is to my food. It's pink peppercorns! Don't let my "fruity sweetness" description throw you. It's definitely a pepper flavor. Just not bitter like a black peppercorn. Try it!

Great taste, doesn't grind well
FYI pink "peppercorns" aren't actually pepper. They taste like a fresh mild pepper: VERY GOOD, MILD FLAVOR.Excellent value for quantity/price.Only downside: pink peppercorns (all brands, I believe) are notorious for not working great in grinders. So once every 10-15 uses, you need to unscrew top, bang on it a few times to knock the fragments out, then you're all set!I mix these pink peppercorns with high quality white peppercorns in a grinder. Outstanding mild pepper taste!

Great as a garnish on pineapple martinis
These peppers are not very spicy and add a great color to a martini. They are hard to find but I did find a shop in Wilmington NC that carried them at @ better price . Overall you can’t go wrong buying these.

Not A Flavor I Would Recommend
I purchased this spice to follow a recipe by Nadia Cooks off of Netflix. I am from the midwest in the U.S. to give you a flavor profile starting point. This has a very unique flavor. I encourage you to NOT add a full amount to a recipe for the first time and hope for the best. Instead I suggest you gradually add small amounts to your regular menu to determine if you can develop a palat that enjoys the flavor. I do not like it nor does my family. Now I have a huge bag of a spice I will never use. And since I hate to waste food I have to try to figure out if there is someone in my social circle who might consider trying it. However it's very difficult to encourage someone else to try something that you think tastes bad.On the positive side: it adds pretty coloring to food, it does not have an unpleasant aroma, it arrived timely, it is not in unattractive packaging.Since food is completely subjective like art... what one person loves another hates... you can throw your money at it like I did with the flip of a coin.

Pinkalicous Peppercorns
I found pink peppercorns when I was making a caramel recipe a few years ago. I had no idea how wonderful and how versatile this bright little spice would be. When it was time to restock my grinder I ordered these and they did not disappoint. Fresh, well packaged and a great value.
