Simple solution to electrolyte replacement without the sticky sweetness.
Using these daily in summer after hot sweaty desert hiking.I prefer clear water with no flavor/electrolytes in my hydration pack or water bottle while on the trail as it tends to make me very dry-mouthed due to the sodium content. So for replenishment I make sure I use one of these after a heavy-sweat condition during cool down (or at a food break if on a day-hike or overnighter). I only use these after hikes in the hottest, sweatiest part of the year or when doing long miles. But for those times they're indispensable.I don't want to carry squeeze goo, energy bars, or other sticky-sweet gimmicky stuff or all the plastic wrapping that they come with. A fizz tab in the water works best. I don't care about flavor as long as it's not very sweet, and I don't worry about how much water I put it in (if it's too strong, too dilute) as long as I get the contents of one tab I'm good. There are a few other similar products, I'm sure there are better options (even from Nuun) but this does what it should. No nonsense.

Great for eliminating muscle spasms
My chiropractor recommended nuuns to help with muscle spasms. This and lemon/lime are my favorites. I know many complain about the flavor. I would say there is enough flavor to compel you to drink and keep drinking but i wouldn't say that the sweatener is the best ever. After I had whole body radiation and lots of chemo my body didn't tell me when it was thirsty. Nuuns really helped me because the water looked yummy and therefore I drank because it looked good. These have also very much helped with muscle spasms. I would highly recommend.

Tasty and pricey
My acupuncturist recommended electrolytes to help me recover from childbirth. I saw recipes online to make them but I’m just too lazy for that. These tablets are great and they are perforated so you can easily snap them in half if you just want 8 ounces. They taste less chemically weird than gatorade but they are tasty and satisfying even when you aren’t working out. They are expensive so I doubt I’ll use them forever but it’s a great for now.

What I ordered versus what I got
I had ordered Nuun tablets before, from another source, and got what was pictured (the red pack). From this source, I got something (my picture) very similar(?) in terms of ingredients, etc., so probably equivalent* to what was picturedin the ad, of which I had a few packs left.*Footnote: When I actually mixed a tablet with water and tried it out, I immediately noticed a different, stronger, sort of sickly sweet taste--I'm assuming now that what I got is NOT equivalent. Perhaps it's a new formula, or whatever, but I don't like it, and am in the process of working on a return.

Love these!
Fruit punch is my favorite flavor and I use these often. They aren't perfect for fitting into a regular-sized water bottle, they have to be broken up but work perfectly for a wide mouth container or glass. I have purchased them repeatedly as I have low sodium chronically.
