I was a little shocked to find that price was for only unit. Carefully reading sales description makes that clear. After buying second unit and the recommend stand - I am very satisfied.

Solid set of dumbells, easy set up, minimal to no wobble in ise, easy to transition.

The product was great when I first bought it, but 3 months later, on the middle of a bicep curl, 2 of the metal plates just fell off, from where I was holding the dumbbell, off to the floor. Luckily it did not fall on my foot. I was able to reload the plates onto the dumbbell, and have used it a few times since then, but now concerned about having plates fall off. Especially concerned about holding the dumbbell above my head for this reason.

Why would anyone buy this for 300 when you can get a set for 300 from other brands with similar manafacturing. Also deceptive advertisements, says *dumbells* all over product description.

I had the 80lb set for a year and a half. Took good care of them and one day a dropped one weight not even a foot off the ground and the plastic broke. To replace it cost 200 dollars for just the handle. Ridiculous. Lots of reviews on Google similar to mine. Just be mindful these do not survive even the lightest impacts due to the cheap plastic that holds it together.
