No longer charging
Very disappointed in the product.Just after the return date passed the tooth rush stopped charging. We reached out to the seller via email and never recieved any response. The toothbrush isn't cheap for what it is and so I expected a lot more life out of it.Very disappointed and I do not recommend anyone purchase this item or use this seller.

Not a bad electric toothbrush
I got this brush to replace my Philips sonicare electric toothbrush as I have had it quite a long time now and the battery was going south and it needed charging every couple of days. This brush I have found is just as good as my sonic and of course, the battery charge is bliss as I don't have to keep constantly charging it up. I guess the first slight moan I would have is the fact there is only one brush head provided and no spare at all. Out of all the electric toothbrushes I have ever purchased, there is always at least one spare head. That said, the heads on these brushes are very good and leave my teeth feeling as though they have been given a good and thorough brushing. This toothbrush boasts emoji feedback, but if I am being honest, I don't rate this as a USP at all. I mean, when I am brushing my teeth, I cannot see what is happening on the screen anyway. I caught a glimpse in the mirror and saw it was counting down but really this isn't of great use when the brush is stuck in your mouth! After brushing it will give you a happy laughing face if you have done it properly or if it thinks you haven't (not sure how that works?), it will give you the option to carry on. I've had this happen a couple of times so far but cannot say I changed my brushing routine in any way.As with most electric toothbrushes these days, there are 5 different brushing modes, but again, I usually just tend to stick to the regular 'clean' mode.My overall experience with this brush is good however I would have to say some of the features are a bit gimmicky and don't really enhance my brushing experience. The price is also a little on the high side but saying that it is a good brush and isn't as expensive as some of the big brand names. The main reason I wouldn't give this top stars is the fact there is only one head. I do think it should at least provide one replacement so in light of that and the other minor points, I would give this a very generous 4 out of 5. stars.

It’s good, but it’s now useless after 1 month of use.
As a toothbrush it does its job fairly well and I’ve certainly noticed a difference in the month I’ve been using it, run time is set at 2 minutes, with a 30 second vibration to remind you to change areas. It charges using a standard Usbc cable and the charge does hold well. There are a number of cleaning modes, with strength settings from 1-5 and a smiley face on the display for when you’ve finished, if you’ve done it right, if not you get a little bit of extra run time to complete the areas you’ve missed.Unfortunately it’s all too easy depending on how you hold it to accidentally change the mode setting and strength setting or actually turn it off altogether and here is now the problem, after a month of use, the display has completely clouded over from within, so it’s now actually impossible for me to know what the mode and strength setting is, other than using guessing. It may well be I’ve just got a duff one but as I’m now out of the return window and despite using the support page supplied by Amazon to contact Oclean, who have not got back to me, it looks like I’m stuck with it.Overall if it doesn’t suffer any problems it’s good but unfortunately I can’t recommend it and would suggest looking elsewhere.Edit: Oclean now contacted twice using the support link supplied by Amazon, no reply. An email sent by Amazon asking for feedback on the support provided by Oclean replied to, no reply from AmazonSo in effect I’m stuck with a product, which while it still works, is for all intent and purpose, useless for the reasons outlined in my review. My solution, to buy a new toothbrush from a reputable company, because at some point I’ll need new brush heads, Oclean however will never get another penny from my pocket. My advice is, if you’re in the hunt for an electric toothbrush, look elsewhere and do not touch Oclean with a barge pole.
