Most modern cars will not work with a vent/filter, it will cause a vacuum leak and cel. You still can use this occ with the filter plug in place. If your car is burning oil, up your weight in motor oil. Oil burned can be from bad pcv, worn oil control rings, bad valve seals or physical leak from oil pan. If you have oil in your im then the occ will work. If you are burning oil from bad rings, valve seals the occ will do very little. Replace your pcv or clean it.

Q: How to install on a f250 super duty 6.2l gas engine

Find the hose that goes from your pcv valve back to your air intake and install it on that. Pretty easy. You may have to figure out where to mount it and hope you have enough hose. I had to drill a new hole on the mount because you can’t really get to the original hole. Hope it works for you.
