I’ve had various “economical” catch cans over the years. This unit is by any measure, the best of the bunch and quite simply an excellent quality catch can, no matter the price point! This is a high grade aluminum catch can. I was really surprised with how nice the unit looked and felt once I got it in my hand especially for being so cost-effective. As many have pointed out, the hose that comes with it is not something that I would recommend using in your vehicle. You need to get some quality power steering hose from your local auto parts store. These catch cans are the perfect size, not too big and not too small, so it makes it easy finding a place to fit it in the engine bay of your car. The included oil level “dip stick” that screws in and the fact that you can simply unscrew the bottom of the catch can to empty it without having to dismount the catch can, make this unit an absolute “Must Buy”. After getting this unit in my hands and installing it in my car, you’d be crazy to go spend a $100+ on a catch can with one of those “big brand” names on it! The included ability to add a breather is great if you need that feature. Just make sure you use the largest fitting!

If you want to go ahead and spend extra money for a brand name catchcan go right ahead but you’re wasting money . Theses oil catch cans are all made in China and likely the same manufacturer … This cheap one is just like my buddy’s that spent 200.00 on his Brand name can .. Super simple install nice you figure out where to mount it .. Took about 20 min .. Cant go wrong with this piece

Can't beat the price quality is pretty good only thing is couldn't open that Mesh door for the steel wool so just had to stuff it in there other than that everything was great also doesn't come with a bracket so you have to make your own it has holes in the back but no bracket

Cheap and effective. I had to make my own brackets but works great and small enough to squeeze in. Doesn’t vibrate loose but I don’t have a high output motor. Just one that frequents oil in the intake where this catch can helps greatly

There are several variations of these kits. I ordered the one with six different adapters and got the one with only four. Photo posted by the seller and description. Screws are an inch long when they should be max 3/4” or 5/8” long. No spacers included. The base bracket is really just a useless piece of shmetal. I’m used to order from eBay and I would get a discount or missing parts sent. I cant even communicate with the seller. So this review is about the inaccuracy of seller descriptions. This is a dumb device. Quality is fine. What can you improve on a simple design. Sometimes simple is best. Hose is not rated for this task. Oh better go get a different heat resistant hose. Hose clams are not appropriate for this application. Better get spring clamps as they expand and contract with temp changes. Kit came with o-rings and Teflon tape. Use one or the other. Your preference. Don’t use both. Thanks all folks. If I can I will expand with a empirical use review.

Seems as high of quality as my 150 dollar JLT on another car. Seals fine, looks good. comes with 3 hose size adapters and optional steel wool for better filtration. Crazy good value for under 30 bucks.Needed some of my own hardware and 1\2 hose to complete install. Comes with hose but too small for most applications.

Its $30. you're installing it on an engine with more blow-by than compression in a last-ditch effort to get your bucket of warmed-over garbage from 1989 to pass emissions. It may not get you past smog, but it will certainly delay the inevitable coking of your valve guides. my garbage fills this thing up once a week, and my intake valves are nice and clean. 10/10 for the price.
