Ultraspire Lumen Collection Waist Light Belt | Lightweight & Water Resistant

I was looking for a lamp which is far away from the forehead. This lamp is very good: since it is way down from my point of view, it casts shadows of rocks, branches and everything laying on the ground. Combined with a medium strength headlamp (used to look at objects further away), it is ideal for night-time trail-running for me.

夜間レース用に購入しました。ウエストライトなので、ヘッドライトよりも路面に近く照らされるので、路面状況の把握が非常にしやすいです。ウエストライト＋ヘッテンやハンドライト等で運用したら夜間レースも問題無いと思います。

First the negative: It's annoying that you have to tighten it so hard in order to get it to function, but at least it's been easy to open despite this. When my hands are freezing and I can't grip, this may become an issue.Price is in line with similar dive lights that take the same battery, but honestly, it could be a clip on attachment and save the money of the belt and useless extra pocket.That said, positives include a very comfy belt. I forget it's on because it doesn't bounce, but doesn't squeeze your guts out either. It's definitely bright enough for starless night runs, even at the lowest setting. Very easy to learn and use: simply press the big red button on one end and toggle through to get the beam and intensity you want. I like ease.Best thing I can say, after hours of using my headlight, my forehead needs a break. This light provides it. I'm happy with this purchase.

Let me start off by saying I love the lamp and this purchase was an upgrade from the 2.0 version for me. The 3.0 lamp is much lighter and slimmer than the 2.0 version without giving up any power. The old light is still working fine and a friend is enjoying that now. I have an Ultraspire waist belt that I use regularly and I purchased this so I could have them integrated. Here's what's wrong:First thing is that the pouch is not secure at all, the belt just threads through the back of the pouch. If you unclip the lamp and are not super careful the pouch falls right off. It's not very graceful threading it back on, especially in the dark and rain, which happened to me recently. Secondly, the pouch is not fully secure on the belt so it bounces. Bounces so much, in fact, the it made its second call to 911 from inside the pouch last night while I was bombing downhill. As such, I can no longer wear it, meaning I spent $170 for something that I did not need to and I cannot return.Ultraspire - if you read this please update your design and do better testing before you start selling.
