Quality is moderate only
The bag is ok. It is definitely not comparable to quality we get from American Tourister, however we also need to compare the price difference. It’s worth the price paid said I say.

Grippers and snap hook belt are missing
It is not like the one which is shown in the picture many things are missing like the two grippers above the main chain which reduces the pressure on the chain, and the detachable snap hook is not there the holding belt is stitched directly with the bag, and in the picture it is showing the belt is connected with snap hook and the snap hook is connected with the bag but in reality it isn't
