Sturdy Journal for Tracking Progress
I use this to keep track of my strength training program. It's helped me a lot with recording the number of reps/weights and the type of excercises that I do once or twice a week. I know they make apps for this sort of thing but they are usually a) a monthly subscription and b) have possibly inaccurate data like skewed TDEE/excessively low calorie limits(cough cough Noom cough). I want to lose weight not develop an eating disorder, thus I am doing this the old fashioned way. You can however track your meals on each page if you wish to do so.I love the section for keeping your weekly measurements as well. This has really helped with keeping me motivated compared to when I was excercising without documenting measurements. It really shows me on paper that I am making a difference, even if I can't see it myself. You can even add photos if you want. The cover and pages are also very sturdy. I am a clumsy idiot so I have already sweated, bleed, and accidentally sprayed down this thing inside and out. I can still read the pages that got messy and the cover looks undisturbed. It has a section at the end for when you meet your fitness goals, extra pages for notes, and even a little pocket where I can store printouts.I'm about 4 months into my strength training and I still have a little more than half of the journal left to fill out. If you hit the gym and full this out around 4 to 5 days a week, it will probably last you for about 6 months. The cover is flat enough that you could add stickers or decals if you'd like, but they may not stay due to the texture. I like the simplicity of the design, I see no need for cringy inspirational memes to be on the cover.

Quality of this Exercise Journal.
I like to track the exercises I do, I found this exercise journal and the price was less than so many others featured on line. The journal is designed to last for 6 months and for the price I ordered two. They arrived today. I was impressed with the quality of the journal. As described it has a section for before and after measurements, space for 13 exercises with 6 sets per exercise. I am impressed and recommend this exercise journal.

Useful to track workouts
This is a nice journal. Well made. Love the spiral so it lays flat. The only negative are the weekly/monthly summary pages. Not all of us lift 7 days/week, so the weekly summary falls in the wrong spot, and subsequently so does the monthly summary. I skip them, but then that's a wasted page. Otherwise, this is top notch.

Flexible Workout Journal
I I bought this one-page-per-day workout journal so I could keep up with my Physical Therapy regimen. Date/day of the week are recorded at the top of each page. There are 10 blank lines to list the name of each exercise you are doing along with the number of reps & sets and 3 more blank lines to record cardio along with time, distance & calories burned. The bottom of each page allows for brief notes regarding diet, nutrition, water consumed & hours slept. There are a few pages to track your progress and it includes a pocket on the back cover, an attached ribbon to mark your place and a loop to hold a pen. An attached band wraps around the journal to keep it from opening up in your purse or gym bag. While this exercise journal may not be detailed enough for a gym rat, it’s sturdiness, size & flexibility should be fine to record the exercise regimen for the average person.

not what I was expecting.
The book has 2 pages for measurements and 2 for goals and the rest are daily pages with a dozen plus grids for serious working out. I'm making it work for my small work outs by repurposing the grid but it's a bit of a mess and also the spine of the book is already cracking and I've only had it 2 weeks or so.
