Not for me
I usually go for the SlimFast shakes but I'm trying other brands to see if there is something better out there. This is really not for me. While the taste was okay(ish) it was rather thick and I had to force myself to finish the whole bottle. Then it made me feel sick. It isn't as sweet as the SlimFast ones, so that was a bonus, but I just struggled with it. The sick feeling didn't go away for a few hours and it was not great.Overall they have an okay taste, less sugar than others and a lot more protein. Unfortunately they just aren't for me.
