Defective
Pawl Springs were not strong enough to engage the hub. This caused the cassette to freewheel in both directions.

It could be used for the cobalt 2 148 boost end
I used to boost Crank Brothers Cobalt 2. I ordered the 148 boost end when I ordered it, so I ordered it, but I suspected that a different item had arrived because there was no description on the product package. However, when I tried wearing it for trial, I could wear it without any problems. I think this part is probably shared with the normal end and the boost end. It may have been an old stock item, but I felt that it was kind to describe the product package as being able to support the 148 boost end.
