Over a year, a must-have
I love this bottle. I have the 32oz with flip lid. It has survived burning man, the gym, being dropped or knocked over. The sensor puck stopped working at about month 2, the company helped me through troubleshooting then sent me a new puck. Because of this bottle, literally BECAUSE of this bottle, I have met my daily water goal for 390 days.I feel naked if I leave home without it. Seriously. I love that the flashing is bright, I love how it integrates with my phone so it recalculates my daily water needs, I love the capacity. I honestly can’t think of anything wrong with it.

How fun is this water thermos...LOTS!!!
Hooked right up to my phone, I can now see how much water I've had and how much water I still need to drink! It lights up (I chose the rainbow color) beautifully after you drink water (imagine after it tells my phone app how much I just drank) and it's easy to drink from. I have arthritis in my hands and it's hard for me to hold the way it came. I had a rope type handle on my old thermos and with a little effort, on my husbands part, it now fits this bottle...so I have a handle on it. It is pricey but in the 3 days I've had it, I've managed to meet my water requirements and had fun checking my progress on my phone!! Beats ending up in the ER yearly due to it being hot and me not drinking enough water!!! It plugs in to charge but I have an Apple computer and the cord doesn't fit in to it. So, it needed a block for a wall socket and luckily I had an extra one. LOVE IT!! My husband insisted I buy one (cheaper than ER visit he said) and no, I'd probably not have paid the $ for it but after having had it, I sure would!

Great Idea - Horrible Execution
I only write reviews when I am extremely pleased, or extremely disappointed, and unfortunately this is the case for latter. From packaging, initial set up, charging, to set up and use for a couple of days everything was a disappointment.Packaging and Set up: You receive the bottle, a 12 inches or so charging cable with magnetic pins, and a QR code.- QR Code: Aha, does it take you to a detailed written instructions, or a video. Nope. It takes you to a dropbox folder to drop a PDF file, that is in MICRO-FONT, like you find on paint cans. If you are giving us digital artifacts, whey make them so small? It's a QR code, so we open it on our phone and IMMEDIATELY cannot read .- Charging cord: It's 12 inches or so. Unless you are going to charge the bottle puck with your computer, there is Nowhere in the house where you can plug into a USB adapter (not included) and have it reach the charging puck. What a horrible idea.- The instructions do NOT make clear, what you are supposed to do upon first receiving the bottle. What is the first time set up. Alright let's check the app? Nope, nothing in the app either.- So the first time bottle addition and setup fails, because out of the box, it's nearly 0% charged. Which is fine, but you are on your own to find the charging pins the first time and know that it needs to be charged again before set up.Daily Use.I would have still kept it if the day to day use was reliable. But there are signfiicant issues:Doesn't TRACK. The bottle doesn't do what it's supposed to. I am following instructions to put it on a flat surface, each time I refill it, and each time i drink water from it. Yet, the tracking is a hit or miss. The attached screenshot shows that I had had 150ml at the time of taking that picture. When in reality, I was at around 1200 ml (so even refilled in between), and yet the app didn't capture any of it. It's not just an app issue either. The bottle is supposed to glow when I put it down after drinking some water, notifying that it registered those sips, but that glow, sometime never comes.Once it does track, if I take a few drinks across a few minutes, it does track them. But if I try it after some time, NOTHING. It's as though it goes to sleep and doesn't always wake up.Next Major issue: Reminders:- Only has an option of reminding you if you are behind (on the bottle glow), at set intervals, like an hour. it's a temporary glow, now something that comes on and stays on until you drink. So you better be paying attention during those 10 seconds that it will glow, or you will miss it.It does give me phone reminders, which is no better than any fitness app giving you reminders as frequently as you need anyway. My phone does that already, why do I need to spend $80 on a bottle that give me no indicator/reminder from the bottle, and su;cks at tracking water consumption.Returning with prejudice!Moving on to another bottle, which at least in its description, have the option of keep the bottle lit, and also showing the status when you interact with the bottle. This one is not a smart bottle. it's a dumb bottle.

Happy
I am a frequent water bottle purchaser. This is a little heavier than my other stainless steel, but as long as I’m not going to carry it all day, I always choose it. I like that it gives me a little reminder when things are busy, and it tracks and syncs with other health apps that I use. My only wish is that they would send out more fun colors.

100 day warranty and stopped working on day 150
I enjoyed it and it helped me to drink more water. But after days back and forth with support, I was told I need to purchase a replacement for my now defective sensor on the bottle. The warranty is only 100 days and I had it quit working right at day 150.Update: they sent me a replacement sensor anyway so I am moving it back to 4 stars. I love the product. I still have concerns on how long the sensor is guaranteed though.I now have the most expensive water bottle with no sensor. I don’t want to buy 3 per year just to help me track my water usage.

Smart Tumbler
I purchased this to help me drink more water 💦 and it has done that the app was very easy to install and connecting the bottle was even easier and the charge last for day even with heavy use.

It doesn't stay connected and then makes me recalibrate
If I take my phone away from the bottle it doesn't stay connected and I have to reboot my phone and often it then requires me to re-calibrate. It definitely helps me keep my goal and is accurate, it's just a pain to keep it connected. According to the instructions I just have to open my phone near it and it syncs up. Not always the case.

Great product.
Living and playing golf in AZ. I tend to get dehydrated. My challenge was, during work I’m strapped to my laptop, in meetings, etc., and I forget to drink water. It’s crazy how much time goes by when you’re dialed in. Having this device near me tells me to consume water. I can see the light in my peripheral. I immediately grab it and take a big drink. Keeps the fluids cold too. A total life saver.
