Shampoo had been previously used
I ordered this product because I like Cibu and it's worth paying more however when this product arrived it was apparent it had been previously used with a loose cap and clogged spout from old shampoo and shampoo on the outside of the container. I'm glad I can return it. I'll only be buying in a store from now on.

I love these products, I didn’t give it 5 stars because some of it was spilt in the package that’s all. The products are amazing though!!!

Top not secured
The top was not wrapped in cellophane and appeared that it had been opened before. A bit of the shampoo leaked inside the bag. Very odd.

Ridiculous bottling
The bottle is a hard plastic - it's impossible to squeeze hard enough to get anything out of it. I can't even unscrew the top to pour any out either. Total waste of money for me - it's going in the trash.
