This Kitchen timer has a small learning curve on how to Change from minutes/seconds to Hours/minutes, once set up to ones needs it is really easy to use, I've been using mine for some months now. It works well I've no problems using it, the only regret is I should have purchased the 6 Channel version. I found when proving and baking bread I didn't have enough times.

Excellent product, easy to see from a distance. The only problem is it's far to loud and piercing. There should be a way of lowering the volume more. I stuck a fabric pad over the speaker at the back which lessens the pitch a bit. Also, the first unit I received was scratched badly on the stainless steel, so I sent it back. I don't understand reviews stating they can't understand the way to set it. It's very easy.
