College Purchase
Purchased for an incoming college freshmen and he’s not had any issues. Lasting battery power, durable and able to access different apps and sites needed for class.Thinking of buying another one for myself.

This computer isn't worth the space it takes up
It is windows 11 NOT windows 10When trying to open a file in documents it just crashes. It takes about 3 minutes to open web explorer. I don't know how this can be sold as a usable computer

Cheap piece of junk
Admittedly, I wasn't looking for a fancy or expensive laptop. Just needed something at home I could use for occasional on call work in which I would need Adobe and Microsoft Word. This laptop can't even handle operating those simple programs correctly. Constantly crashing and freezing. I haven't downloaded a bunch of apps or anything else on the hard drive but it's about as fast as our 1998 desktop connected to dial up internet. Will randomly start typing in upper or lowercase or symbols for no reason. Too late to return it now. A. Total. Waste.

Slow and defected!!
The laptop has been slow since day one!!! It logs me out of everything that I try to go in!! Is ridiculous, to be my first laptop is been the worse experience smh

The laptop stop working after 2 weeks of purchase. I returned. Thank goodness it was amazon prime and I was able to get a full refund.

Don't buy
I sold my chromebook for this because I need access to Microsoft for my job. I have had nothing but issues with this computer. It freezes all the time and I cannot get onto the internet without it telling me it doesn't respond, then I have to continuously restart the computer.
