Easy and tasty
It is difficult to make Nukazuke, but I was able to easily make pickles using this product.

Easy!!!
It’s working really well. Prep was easy and quick. Just added water. They are working even in a refrigerator.I recommend you to start making pickles 2-3 days after mix with this and water to grow microbes enough.

Toxic ingredients not listed in description
This product contains alum powder, a known toxin. I wish I could return it but it says the item is not returnable.
