Terrible product and customer care
The media could not be loaded. I ordered and got it installed which was smooth. But it started leaking. I raised a complaint and technician came and told a part was gone. He fitted that and still problem persists. Repeated the process. He told a different part was gone and then still problem not solved. Raised a new complaint and this time they closed the ticket upright. Such a useless service. And the parts they r installing are cheap af.

Great product, good servicing
The media could not be loaded. I received the product from amazon within a week and the installation was completed with 3 days of receipt. Will write an elaborate review post 1 month of use.Edit 1: 1 week of usageThe product makes vibrations which can be unpleasant to hear. These are more than my previous livpure purifier. Water quality is really good though with addition of the added minerals through the purifier.Rating downdgraded to 4 stars.

Good product please check for damaged product
Product is good.Please double check before taking delivery first time i received damaged purifier then i asked for replacement and i got brand new product.They try to sell faulted product first.But product is really good..
