I've been pondering purchasing a 360º photo booth, but it wasn't until I rented one and had a terrible experience that I realized I needed to pull the trigger! I researched and read many reviews and eventually landed on the MWE version. I chose the 39.4" version because the size of the road case fit perfectly in the back of my truck. I own an event agency, so I was both looking for something to use personally as well as provide to my clients at their corporate events.Here are a few of my thoughts:- The road case is LARGE, but of course, because it has to fit a 39.4" platform. It has four caster wheels, which make it easy to roll around, but it's a little tipsy because the case is so thin. But once you've got it up and balanced, it rolls nicely and should be easily transported.- The setup instructions aren't exceptionally detailed or precise, but they're pretty intuitive if you have any experience setting up electronics. They provided YouTube links, which helped. All in all, it took about an hour to unbox, set up & test.Absolutely everything is included, including every adaptor you can imagine. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no accessories I needed to find in my garage's "bin of extra parts." Anything and everything you'll ever need is included.- The software is excellent, and I'm glad I used theirs. It's called ChackTok and is integrated directly with the motor. If you're going to go that route, I'd download the app and play with it ahead of time. Create a fake event and practice without the rotating arm. Once your photo booth is up and running, you'll be familiar with the software and can get going immediately.- The customer service has been excellent. They provide several ways to communicate with each other, including real-time via WhatsApp. I chose to email them, and they returned my email within hours.After my event, I set up the photo booth, which took 10 minutes. I did it alone (although I'd recommend having someone help you). The platform and road case are heavy, so ensure you're prepared.Ultimately, I'd give this a 10/10, probably more if possible. I've been on several 360º photo booths at industry events, and they've all felt cheap and unprofessional. This one is anything but that. It's solid, and the software does exactly what you ask of it. I've yet to explore the full breadth of its capabilities, but out of the box, I got it up and running in about 90 minutes.If you're looking for a 360º photo booth that's easy to set up, has solid construction, and works with a robust software package. I'm delighted with this purchase and would 10/10 recommend to friends and industry partners.

The design of the product is nice and easy to setup. High quality case for storage and transport. Have not used yet but extremely happy with the product so far.

This 360 spinning booth is a show stopper! It is heavy by in the case, it’s easy to move! It has different speeds and modes for the spinning part of the booth. Even with the ringlight being attached to the booth, it does not affect the sturdiness of it. Picture quality comes from iPad, phone or whatever device you decide to use- it attaches to the ringlight. Design is top tier! It is wide but does take up too much space. It is very functional!! Support has been phenomenal- if there is ever an issue, just contact them and they will resolve your issue immediately!
